I was a pretty good math student at one point in life and agree with you basing anything on "hyperbolic geometry" is heady stuff, in fact only Math PhD students take the course. So that would be a fun cocktail party (or conference room pitch) discussing marketing tactics and just take it up a notch for all the math PhD candidates in the room (hello? ).
